Accessing your Audit

To access your audits use the links provided with your welcome email or ask your audit administrator to resend the link if you have lost this.

When you first click on the link you will be presented with a location selection menu.  Click on the arrow and select your ward from the list

When you have selected your ward you will be taken to the first page of the audit, this may be guidance notes or the start of the audit depending on your trust setup.

At the top of the page you will see the ward you have chosen.

Read through the completion guidance to ensure you are ready to complete the audit

To continue the audit click on ‘Next’

You can now move through the audit steps.

Once you have gone through all the audit steps and have pressed ‘Complete’ on your audit you will see this page confirming that your audit has been successfully submitted.
